Keen Audio provides car audio installation, custom subwoofers, speakers, dashboard cameras, and related audio equipment and services. All services are provided on an as-is basis and subject to these terms and conditions.
All prices are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KSh) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We accept various payment methods including cash, mobile money (M-Pesa), bank transfers, and credit/debit cards. Payment must be made in full before service delivery unless a payment plan has been agreed upon in writing.
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit. Customers are required to provide accurate information when booking services. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a refund. Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) will forfeit the deposit.
Our professional technicians will install equipment according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards. Installation involves working on your vehicle, and we take all necessary precautions to prevent damage. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing vehicle damage or defects. Upon completion, customers must inspect the work and report any issues immediately.
